Growth Partnerships Lead

Phantom is a leading self-custody wallet serving over 20 million users worldwide, enabling access to decentralized finance across multiple blockchains including Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin. The Growth Partnerships team is building Phantom's U.S. influencer and affiliate marketing program from the ground up. You'll own this initiative end-to-end, from strategy through execution, driving user acquisition and adoption across Phantom's spot trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets products.

What you'll do

• Design and execute Phantom's influencer and affiliate marketing strategy for the U.S. market, recruiting and optimizing a network of influencers, KOLs, and content partners to drive new user acquisition

• Manage relationships with top-tier partners, providing strategic support, performance incentives, and guidance to maximize their results and engagement with Phantom products

• Collaborate with affiliates and influencers on high-impact content including reviews, educational guides, and branded content that communicates Phantom's unique value proposition to their audiences

• Partner with the Growth Product team to develop in-house referral and partner tracking systems, owning the roadmap for technology improvements, data pipelines, attribution, and reporting infrastructure

• Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to measure performance and iterate on the program

What you'll bring

• Five to seven years of influencer and affiliate marketing experience in consumer fintech, with proven success launching programs from zero to one in app-based businesses

• Deep knowledge of the crypto and web3 partnership ecosystem, including publishers, KOLs, and influencers

• Demonstrated ability to communicate product benefits through compelling storytelling and branded content

• Experience managing external agencies and working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and external partners

• Genuine passion for crypto and decentralized finance, or strong commitment to learning and deeply understanding the space
