Account Executive

Job Description
We’re a venture-backed startup on the verge of creating a new category we’re calling the Family Operating System™, and we want you on our team. At Trustworthy our mission is to keep families organized and prepared for the unexpected by delivering a secure and beautiful online service that keeps their most important information up-to-date and accessible. Trustworthy is the family’s single destination point for everything from financial accounts, life insurance policies, and estate documents to family stories, traditions, and passport numbers.
Trustworthy Account Executives are part of the Business Development and Partnerships team. AEs are responsible for identifying professional organizations (e.g. tax advisors, wealth managers, estate attorneys) who align and compliment the broader Trustworthy offering. These organizations are interested in purchasing under 500 bulk memberships to be distributed to their clients. The AE team members report directly to the Director of Business Development. We’re looking for a coachable, disciplined and motivated individual.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in how Trustworthy operates and educates customers on the use and benefits of our products and help troubleshoot frequent user questions and technical issues
- Become an expert on Trustworthy security protocols and infrastructure, including knowledge on SOC2, GDPR and HIPAA Compliance and certification
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and releases
- Manage sales processes from lead generation to opportunity close
- Create new logo pipeline from assigned territory
- Accurately track and report sales pipeline
- Conduct Trustworthy product demonstrations
- Attend industry events
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Consistently attain quota goal
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience selling into professional services or financial institutions
- Track record of over achieving quota on a quarterly basis
- Comfort working with C-suite level executives
- You are a self-starter, well organized, creative, results-oriented and a team-first player
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to Travel, as needed
- Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone Hours
