Bilingual Copywriter (English/Chinese)

XLD is the borderless decentralized ecosystem that provides financial services across emerging economies. We’re here to modernize the delivery and infrastructure of financial services to provide all users with simple and dependable financial tools built on decentralized technology.

• Translate a variety of content from English to Chinese, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, PR articles, and videos.
• Write articles, materials, and product-related content in Chinese.
• Ensure all translated copy is accurate and culturally appropriate for the Chinese audience.
• Create engaging content that highlights XLD and its products, and resonates with Chinese audiences.
• Produce content about Web3 and cryptocurrency that is easy to understand and appeals to a wide range of customers.
• Use strategic initiatives to develop and optimize content that enhances our search ranking in the Chinese market.
• Keep up to current on trends and changes in Chinese consumer behavior.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other writers to produce content in multiple languages for Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure the overall success of projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of XLD's brand voice, tone, and maintain consistency across all content.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to translate and produce high-quality content in both languages.
• Preferred candidates include graduates from top-tier universities with an English degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation or copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples.
• Strong understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related concepts, with knowledge of DeFi products and the crypto market a plus.
• Must reside in GMT+8 or GMT+7 time zones to ensure availability during business hours.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and research skills, and a strong eye for detail, language, and flow.
