Community Manager (Remote)

XLD is the borderless decentralized ecosystem that provides financial services across emerging economies. We’re here to modernize the delivery and infrastructure of financial services to provide all users with simple and dependable financial tools built on decentralized technology.

• Grow and manage local online and offline communities
• Moderate the local social platform and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
• Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
• Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and collaborations
• Local user support operation and handle user enquiries
• Develop relationships and execute campaigns with crypto influencers and relevant partners.
• Brainstorm new approaches to community
• Provide support on social media and discord activities.
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams
• Stay informed on trends in digital technology and the crypto space

• A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of working experience in similar role
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, airdrop, referral / creating an event series)
• Heavy user of local social media, e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Telegram
• Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
• Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in English
• Must be located between GMT +8 or GMT +7 time zones
