Product Manager

Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain.

We created Tapio Protocol and raised $4 million from the best crypto investors in the including Polychain, Hypersphere, Arrington, Spartan, LongHash and more.

We have also formed a strategic joint venture with CQG to build the premiere institutional derivatives trading platform, Optio.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely passionate about blockchain technology, finance and culture. You will be collaborating with our engineers, growth and marketing team to build and launch innovative DeFi products.

• Identify, design, and run experiments with velocity to drive data driven growth decision making
• Collaborate with the growth team to quantify the ins and outs of NUTS Finance's product suites
• Expand product reach by optimizing onboarding flows, opening new acquisition channels, and increasing the efficacy of paid acquisition strategies
• Push to make new and existing efforts measurable and provide technical support to do so
• Architect, build, and own new features designed to amplify the power of the existing and/or new products
• Develop and contribute to best practices for engineering with a focus on usability and measurability
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a startup or large tech company
• Experience of going through complete product lifecycles, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• A dedication to ship the best possible version of the product, on time
• Experience starting new product initiatives from scratch and seeing them through to delivery
• Excellent organizational, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science
• Creative thinking to identify and experiment on growth opportunities
• Ability to integrate analytics, business needs, and customer perspectives to create novel solutions
• Ability to operate and work effectively in a remote setting
• A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
• Bonus if the candidate is active in using DeFi protocols and/or participating in DAOs
• Bonus if the candidate has a strong interest for the world of DeFi, a passion for web3 technology and intellectual curiosity for a space that is rapidly maturing
