Product Manager

WorkDAO is looking for a Product Manager who will become a key architect of our flagship product, offering users a comprehensive solution for Web3 employment solutions ranging from payroll filing to employment agreements. This role is pivotal to the immediate hyper-growth of the company and will command exciting responsibilities.

The ideal Product Manager will be a self-organizing individual with ample experience working in startup environments and comfort working with ambiguity. We believe everyone in every team should have a voice in the direction we go, and that means we will expect you as the Product Manager to always have a pulse on what everyone is thinking and be able to vocalize and document our strategy at any time. At the same time, we expect everyone to be a hands-on contributor at this critical stage in our growth.

• Work closely with designers, engineers and management to craft and execute a compelling product vision
• Manage the launch new products and features, including testing, research, iteration and post-mortems
• Work closely with engineers to implement designs and requirements into actual features
• Understand and research Web3 and industry news to constantly iterate on the direction of our product
• Over-communicate to build the momentum and culture of trust necessary to build great products

• 5+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products in the web or mobile space
• 3+ years in startup(s)
• Proven ability to collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ship products
• Demonstrable experience launching a product and leading a cross-functional team from conceptualization to commercialization
• Experienced with crypto, and web3 in particular
• Bonus: Experienced with tax and payroll products
• Comfortable leading teams and ideas in a fully async work environment and culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
