The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on inside sales by managing outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. They will focus on connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they're good customer fits. The SDR will be responsible for moving leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Business Development Representatives
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
  • Collaborate with business development representatives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
  • Shadow sales calls between Business Development Representatives and prospective clients
  • Maintain notes while shadowing calls and send them to the respective Business Development Representatives within one business day
  • Stay up to date with industry trends at the infrastructure level and what we aim to solve for our customers
  • Generate weekly key metrics reports of prospective meetings had, outreach, calls scheduled, etc.

Job Requirements

  • 1-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/infrastructure sales, blockchain/crypto growth/business development in a startup or crypto VC.
  • Understands Pocket Network's product offering in the blockchain infrastructure space.
  • Fluency and working knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment a plus
  • Ability to learn and understand complex technical products or services.
