Redox is on a mission to remove friction in the adoption of healthcare technology. We are widely recognized as the industry leader in exchanging complex healthcare data and handle more than 12 million patient records per day. Last year we raised a $45M Series D round led by Adams Street Partners to fuel our continued growth. Redox has been a distributed company since 2014 and we know how to do remote work right.

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Product Marketer to join our growing team, to launch & manage a highly strategic product / partnership in the cloud space.


  • Design a cohesive go-to-market strategy for a highly strategic partnership, and launch it successfully within your first several months on the team (including messaging, naming, and core assets development).
  • Create thoughtful buyer & user personas and leverage them to create resonant marketing, sales enablement, and more.
  • Craft resonant messaging to drive email campaigns, website positioning, and more.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams (across sales, marketing, ops, and partnerships) to support go-to-market launches.
  • Be the face of the product to the market - through webinars, customer-facing presentations, and blog posts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on the partner side - and work with them to create success.
  • Conduct competitive analysis & identify key differentiators and opportunities for your product. Work with our partners at Verato & within Redox to drive those opportunities.
  • Partner with the Product and Partner teams to shape the product strategy, vision, and positioning for your product lines.
  • Develop actionable insights from user and industry research that inform marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Boost your product’s profitability by making strategic choices about packaging & pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales to execute global go-to-market and growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and product usage.
  • Design & execute research to inform personas and messaging. You love asking questions and using the data you gather to change the world.

Job Requirements

  • ~7 years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience taking technical products to market (bonus if you’ve done it with partner products)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise healthcare personas
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and work with a remote team
  • A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans
  • Project management/leadership of cross-functional teams of 2-4 people on projects spanning a quarter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare or health tech
  • Experience with business transformation & what the cloud enables for enterprise customers
  • Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing for a partner product
  • Successfully collaborating with cross-functional and / or partnership teams
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
