UX and UI Designer

Everyrealm is an immersive media company that develops and invests in businesses related to virtual worlds, social video gaming, and the metaverse. Everyrealm is behind popular virtual-community-driven projects such as The Row and Fantasy Islands, as well as the upcoming social video games Narcos: Metaverse and Hometopia. Everyrealm also operates Bedlam, an esports guild and tournament platform.

• Work with product leads to design compelling web and product experiences using Figma.
• Ensure that engineering team builds to the specification.
• Lead various stages of product design, including ideation, sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and animations.
• Track record of designing complex products engaging user flows.
• Understand and articulate workflows, and the processes surrounding the user experience.
• Supply sketches, wireframes, process flows, and prototypes for design discussions.
• Design both desktop and mobile versions.
• Ability to create prototypes rapidly.

• 3+ years of strong UX and UI design experience.
• Thrives in a fast paced work environment and leans into taking initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent field.
• Experience working in a startup.
• A portfolio of UX design work and published projects.
