Andromeda Sadiradra - QA Audio Rater - English (United States)

Welo is an AI services company building data solutions that power machine learning systems. The Welo Data team is launching an audio rating program and needs a QA Audio Rater to maintain quality standards during this initial pilot phase.

In this remote contractor role, you'll work roughly 10 hours per week to ensure the rating pool stays consistent and accurate. Your primary responsibility is auditing 30 percent of the audio ratings produced during the pilot stage. You'll review rater output, identify patterns where calibration has drifted or scoring becomes inconsistent, and deliver specific, constructive feedback to help raters correct course. You'll also complete the onboarding and training process before the full production pool launches.

To succeed here, you need sharp attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent judgment across a large volume of work. You should be able to spot when raters are deviating from guidelines, understand why it's happening, and explain it clearly. This is early-stage work, so comfort working independently and adapting as the program develops matters. If you've done QA work, auditing, or rating tasks before, that's a strong advantage.
