- Paid listings come from employers who rent a plot. Before paying, the poster confirms a work e-mail on the company's own domain (a code or link sent to e.g. hiring@company.com). Gmail-style addresses can't post, and a company already on the site can only be posted for from its own domain. Every listing is also reviewed by a person within 24 hours; anything that breaks these rules is taken down and refunded.
- Synced listings come straight from a company's public careers page (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters). We show a short summary and Apply takes you to the company's own page. Roles removed from the company's board are closed here automatically.
- Starter listings are short summaries of public job posts. Their buildings say unclaimed, and Apply takes you to the original post. The company can claim the building to manage it.
What ✓ Verified means
The person who posted proved they control an inbox on the company's official domain (for example @company.com), and every company page lists the domain it was verified with. Verification is not an endorsement. Always do your own research.
What we remove
- Jobs that charge candidates, ask for deposits, or ask for wallet access
- Fake companies, impersonation, or roles that don't exist
- Pyramid, MLM, "paid to promote" pump schemes, and unpaid "trial" work beyond a short task
- Misleading pay, location or timezone information
Reporting a job
Every job page has a Report button. Reports go straight to our team; scam reports are looked at first. We may pause a listing while we check it. You can also e-mail you@example.com.
Pay, tokens and timezones
Job pages show how pay is made (fiat, stablecoin or token), whether the salary is the same wherever you live, and the working hours the team expects. Token pay can change in value; ask about vesting and lock-ups before you accept.
