Andromeda Sadiradra - Audio Rater - Generalist - English (United Kingdom)

Welo is an AI services company building tools that help train and improve conversational AI systems. Their Welo Data team works with human raters to evaluate AI performance across various modalities. They're looking for someone to join their contractor network on a flexible, part-time basis.

You'll review recorded conversations between real users and AI voice agents, then score each agent response on two distinct dimensions. The Content scale measures whether the AI gave a helpful, relevant, and contextually appropriate answer. The Prosody scale evaluates the naturalness, pacing, and expressiveness of the voice itself. For each rating you assign, you'll provide a brief written explanation that's specific and easy to understand.

This is a remote role based in the United Kingdom, perfect for someone wanting flexible hours. The commitment is roughly 10 hours per week, and you can start as soon as possible. You'll be paid at $23 per hour as a contractor.
