Business Development Intern / CertiK Ambassador

You'll join CertiK's Business Development team as an intern ambassador in Hong Kong or Shenzhen. This is a hybrid role focused on representing CertiK within the local crypto community and building partnerships that feed into the BD pipeline.

Here's what the role involves

Your main job is showing up for the ecosystem. You'll attend one local blockchain meetup each week, representing CertiK and talking to developers, founders and community builders about the company's security services. You're not just there to recruit—you're there to listen, understand what's happening in the local scene, and spot genuine opportunities where CertiK could help.

Beyond events, you'll build real relationships with people in the space. When you identify a genuine fit between someone's needs and CertiK's offerings, you'll make warm introductions to the business development team. You'll also gain direct mentorship from CertiK's partnerships group, expand your network with local founders and venture capital players, and build something meaningful for your resume.

What you need to succeed

• You're already active in blockchain meetups or genuinely willing to become a regular. This isn't a passive role.
• You're comfortable talking to strangers and building relationships naturally.
• You have real knowledge of crypto and DeFi. This isn't a learn-on-the-job situation.

The time commitment is light: around 5 hours per week. You'll earn $1,000 USD monthly. This is a hybrid position based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, so you need to be in one of those cities to attend events consistently.
