Ecosystem Manager

TOKEN2049 runs the world's largest Web3 conference series, held annually in Singapore and Dubai. SuperAI is Asia's biggest AI gathering, bringing together leading research labs like OpenAI and Google DeepMind alongside enterprise partners and investors. Together, these events shape conversations around the future of crypto and artificial intelligence. You'll join the Ecosystem & Community team as Ecosystem Manager, based in Singapore or Hong Kong, reporting directly into our core operations.

Your job is to be the bridge between our events and the global Web3 and AI communities. You'll manage relationships with tier-1 protocols, AI foundations, developer DAOs, research institutes, and venture funds—serving as the primary contact for dozens of strategic partners. You'll align their goals with what we offer: speaking slots, curated networking, and custom activations at TOKEN2049 Week and Singapore AI Week.

What you'll do

• Curate and approve 100+ community-organized side events, hackathons, and workshops, ensuring they meet our brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Source and manage the pipeline for flagship startup competitions like SuperAI's Genesis Pitch Competition, connecting global startups in AI (compute, models, robotics, applications) and Web3 (DeFi, infrastructure, consumer) with institutional judges and VC syndicates.
• Expand our Community Partner and Affiliate Programs to drive ticket sales, hacker registrations, and awareness through developer hubs and regional user groups.
• Work cross-functionally with Sponsorship, Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to amplify partner stories and co-market initiatives across digital channels.
• Manage relationships with external event hosts, corporate accelerators, and prize sponsors while juggling competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in ecosystem management, venture relations, developer relations, or business development at a Web3 foundation, AI accelerator, tech fund, or major conference.
• Deep knowledge of both Web3 (L1/L2 networks, DeFi, tokenomics) and the AI stack (frontier models, infrastructure, embodied AI).
• An existing warm network of founders, VCs, and community leaders in crypto or AI.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills—you can juggle hundreds of moving parts, multiple accounts, and tight deadlines under pressure.
• Flawless English, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort presenting to senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin or other regional languages, given our East-West positioning.
• An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with proven high-velocity execution.
• Experience thriving in flat organizational structures.
