HRIS Manager

The HR team is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company's human resources technology systems. You'll own Workday as the core platform while ensuring HR systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs across multiple markets. Based remotely in Asia, you'll be the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.

Your core responsibilities include managing Workday configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades across HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and Integrations. You'll provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, and partner with HR teams to identify process gaps and automation opportunities. A significant portion of your work involves designing and maintaining Workday integrations with third-party systems like Greenhouse (ATS), Finance, and Procurement platforms, along with building custom reports and dashboards to support business operations.

Security and compliance sit at the center of what you do. You'll manage HRIS access controls, user permissions, and governance processes while ensuring HR data quality and audit readiness. You'll also lead vendor evaluation and procurement decisions for new HR tools, and drive HRIS-related projects including system implementations, upgrades, and process redesign initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR operations systems. Hands-on Workday experience is required, particularly with HCM modules, integrations, and reporting. You should have a proven track record supporting Workday connections to enterprise systems like ATS, payroll, and Finance platforms. A degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Strong project management skills are essential. You'll handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, translate business requirements into system configurations, and work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail with HR data, and comfort operating in a high-pressure international setting.
