Terms of service

The rules for using TopWeb3Jobs, posting jobs and renting plots.

These terms apply when you use topweb3jobs.com ("TopWeb3Jobs", "we", "us"). By using the site, posting a job or paying for a plot, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What TopWeb3Jobs is

TopWeb3Jobs is a job board. We show job listings; we are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we are not part of any hiring decision or employment relationship. Employers are responsible for their listings and their hiring; job seekers are responsible for checking an employer before sharing personal information or accepting an offer.

2. Job seekers

  • Browsing, applying and job alerts are free.
  • You apply on the employer's own website or e-mail. We do not receive your application.
  • Never pay to apply, and never share a seed phrase, private key or wallet access. No real employer asks for these. Please report any listing that does.

3. Employers and job listings

When you post, you confirm that:

  • you are allowed to hire on behalf of the company you name, and the e-mail you use belongs to that company;
  • every role is real, currently open, and described accurately, including pay and location;
  • you will not charge candidates any fee, ask for deposits or wallet access, or use the listing to collect data for any other purpose;
  • the listing and your hiring follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-discrimination law.

We review listings and may edit formatting, change a category, or reject or remove any listing that breaks these terms or our Trust & safety rules. You give us permission to display your listing, company name and logo on TopWeb3Jobs, and to share them in our job alerts, social channels and job search engines such as Google for Jobs, for as long as the listing is live.

4. Plots, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. A rental covers the plot and the roles it includes for the period you choose (30 or 90 days).
  • You can pay with PayPal, card or stablecoins (USDC or USDT) where offered. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store them. For stablecoin payments, you must send the exact amount on the network shown; payments sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be recoverable.
  • A plot is held for you for a short time while you pay. Your building goes up as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Rentals do not renew automatically. You can renew from your private edit link before the period ends.
  • Featured placements and Boosts make your building and roles more visible. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks or applicants.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your country.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund policy.

We do not use accounts. The private link we e-mail you lets anyone who has it manage your listings, so keep it safe. If it is lost or shared, ask us for a new one and the old link stops working.

7. Listings we import

We also show roles that companies publish publicly on their careers pages or that partner job boards allow us to share. They link back to the original posting. If you represent a company and want your roles removed or want to manage your building, use "Claim this building" on your company page or contact us.

8. Acceptable use

Do not post spam, scams or misleading content; impersonate a person or company; try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; or copy the site or its listings in bulk with automated tools without our written permission.

9. Our content

The TopWeb3Jobs name, pixel city, artwork and software belong to us. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies that are hiring.

10. No warranty

We work hard to keep listings accurate and safe, but the site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any employer will hire, or that the site will always be available.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between employers and job seekers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. We may suspend or remove listings or access for anyone who breaks these terms.
