Talent Lead

About the role

OpenFX is looking for a senior recruiter to lead hiring across its offices.

• Own recruiting end to end, from sourcing to offer and close, across several teams
• Build candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, events and agencies
• Design onboarding across all office locations
• Track pipeline health and time-to-fill, and plan headcount with leadership
• 7-10+ years in talent acquisition at fast-growing startups, hiring across functions and countries
