About the role

Koinly, the crypto tax platform, is hiring a product specialist on a full-time B2B contract.

• Start in customer support to learn the product, then move into the product team
• Investigate tricky transaction and portfolio issues using block explorers and on-chain data
• QA new features and fixes with a focus on data accuracy
• Strong crypto knowledge (wallets, DEXs, staking, DeFi) matters more than prior product experience

Needs working-hours overlap with Europe.
