Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Operations

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space while developing skills and expanding their professional network. This Creative Operations role sits within the Marketing team and offers a structured environment to learn how a world-leading organization manages creative work at scale.

What you'll do

• Track planned versus actual resourcing needs across the creative team using Asana reporting and workload data, identifying recurring forecasting gaps and suggesting improvements to capacity planning processes

• Partner with creatives and the Creative Operations Lead to surface bottlenecks, skill gaps, and workflow inefficiencies, then use dashboards to spot automation and process improvement opportunities

• Monitor the creative pipeline proactively to maintain 95% on-time resourcing for business-as-usual creative requests

• Identify repetitive resourcing tasks suitable for AI or Asana automations, such as task assignment, workload summaries, capacity reporting, and recurring follow-ups

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of agency partners, evaluating scope, performance, cost-effectiveness, turnaround times, and quality of work

• Document standardized protocols for agency resourcing in Confluence, covering request, assignment, tracking, review, and measurement workflows

• Leverage AI tools to analyze workload and resourcing risks faster, turning raw data into clear insights for creative leadership

What you'll bring

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to managing complex workflows and tracking systems

• Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data, reporting dashboards, and identifying patterns

• Hands-on experience with project management tools, ideally Asana, including reporting features and automation capabilities

• Genuine interest in AI and automation, with some hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational challenges

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Self-starter mentality that drives you to identify problems and propose solutions independently

• Current university enrollment or recent graduation from a relevant program

• Comfort working in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments
