About the role
Nebius is building the cloud infrastructure backbone for the global AI economy. The company operates a full-stack AI cloud platform that handles everything from data preparation and model training through to production deployment, enabling developers and enterprises to access GPU-scale compute without the burden of managing their own infrastructure. Founded by engineers who understand the hard problems in distributed systems, Nebius combines expertise across compute orchestration, storage, networking and applied AI. The company is publicly listed on Nasdaq, headquartered in Amsterdam, and maintains R&D centers across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel with over 1,500 employees.
As a Nasdaq-listed infrastructure provider, Nebius operates at significant scale and complexity. The role of 3PL Operations Manager sits at the center of this operation, owning the network of third-party logistics partners who warehouse, handle and distribute high-value data center hardware across multiple regions. Your performance directly impacts hardware availability for customer deployments and the overall efficiency of Nebius's supply chain.

- Monitor daily operational performance through warehouse management system data and site visits, lead root-cause analysis of incidents including damage or loss, and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across external sites through cycle counts, annual stock takes and reconciliation with enterprise resource planning systems, coordinating periodic on-site audits and security inspections.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound volumes with internal Logistics Planning, Transport and Data Center teams to ensure third parties have adequate capacity and labor, and manage data exchange between third-party systems and Nebius systems.
- Own the third-party logistics budget including storage, handling and accessorial charges, validate invoices against contracts and track cost per pallet or movement to identify savings opportunities.
- Lead network development activities including assessment of new external storage needs, third-party selection and onboarding, and manage partner exits with full traceability.
