Binance Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer (Full-stack / AI-oriented)

Binance operates the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume and user base, serving over 320 million people across more than 100 countries. The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience building products at the leading blockchain ecosystem. This full-stack role on the Engineering team focuses on the KYC (Know Your Customer) system and is open to remote work from Asia.

The Binance Accelerator Program pairs intensive technical work with professional development. You'll participate in real product development—building and maintaining both backend services and frontend interfaces for the KYC system that handles customer verification at scale. You'll draft and implement interface documentation for KYC business modules, contribute to feature testing and regression testing for releases, and work with the QA team to troubleshoot reported issues. You'll also support the customer success team by helping resolve and classify customer issues that feed back into system improvements.

What you'll bring to the role

• A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (final-year students and recent graduates welcome)
• Solid Java fundamentals and strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Basic knowledge of multithreading and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience or coursework with Spring or Spring Boot
• MySQL familiarity, with NoSQL database knowledge as a bonus
• Basic understanding of middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Full-stack capabilities: HTML, CSS and JavaScript foundation, with React or Vue experience preferred
• Strong logical thinking, collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity to learn
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka beyond theory
• NoSQL database knowledge
• Spoken English proficiency
