The Security & IT Helpdesk team is building AI-driven solutions at the intersection of compliance, legal operations, and technology. You'll join a cross-functional group working directly with Legal, Compliance, and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer to modernize how Binance handles regulatory workflows and policy management.

Your day-to-day work will include

• Supporting Legal, Compliance, and MLRO teams on internal policy reviews, file delivery, remediation tracking, and technical troubleshooting for compliance-related processes

• Tracking compliance requirements across new product and service launches, coordinating deliverables with stakeholders

• Designing and deploying AI solutions that scale compliance and legal operations, including systems built on LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, memory management, tool use, and multi-agent architectures

• Building and refining intelligent systems for handling legal documents and compliance files using advanced retrieval and reasoning techniques

• Creating evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for compliance AI systems, including dataset construction, annotation strategies, and performance metrics

• Independently researching emerging approaches and rapidly prototyping solutions for ambiguous legal and compliance problems

• Contributing to administrative and operational compliance activities as needed

To succeed in this role, you need five years working in compliance technology, legal-tech, regulatory technology, or software development supporting legal and compliance functions. You'll have hands-on production experience with RAG systems covering embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, reranking, chunking, and multimodal document parsing. You understand agentic RAG approaches like Self-RAG and Corrective RAG, plus LLM fundamentals including prompt engineering, memory, planning, and multi-agent systems.

You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or related fields. You're comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, translating regulatory and business needs into technical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication is essential. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to coordinate with overseas partners.
