Binance Accelerator Programm - Product Manager (meme)

Binance operates the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume and serves over 320 million users across 100+ countries. The company is building infrastructure for the digital assets ecosystem, spanning trading, finance, payments, and Web3 features. You'll join the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), a 3-6 month intensive program for early-career professionals to develop skills while contributing to real product work.

This Product Manager role sits within the Product & Design team and focuses on meme tokens and community-driven digital assets. You'll work remotely from Hong Kong, supporting the core product team on one of crypto's fastest-moving categories.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist the lead Product Manager with day-to-day execution: gather requirements, prepare documentation, and track feature delivery through the development cycle

• Manage project coordination across design, engineering, and quality assurance teams; schedule reviews and keep stakeholders informed on progress

• Gather and interpret user feedback along with community and on-chain signals specific to meme products; synthesize findings into concrete product recommendations

• Maintain and update product requirements documents, competitive research, product specs, and internal reports

To succeed in this role, you need genuine hands-on meme experience. This isn't optional: you must actively trade meme tokens on platforms like Solana, BSC, EVM chains, Pump.fun and similar venues, with a real track record you can detail on your resume. You'll need deep knowledge of meme culture, community dynamics, and the language and tools traders use daily.

Beyond meme expertise, you should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent (current students are welcome to apply). You're self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and take ownership of your work. Comfort navigating crypto's rapid pace is essential.
