✧ Product🌐 Remote🕑 Americas overlap
$150K–200K / year

About the role

Cresta is an AI platform company founded by Stanford researchers that empowers enterprises to transform customer interactions through conversational AI agents, real-time agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence. The company has raised over $270 million from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, and Sequoia. Leading organizations like United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott rely on Cresta to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.

Cresta's leadership brings deep AI expertise, including CEO Ping Wu, who previously founded and led Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI initiatives. The company is positioned at the intersection of two rapidly growing market segments: AI infrastructure and customer experience technology, where demand for specialized talent significantly outpaces available supply.

This role gives you the chance to shape how technical decision-makers evaluate and adopt Cresta's AI Agent platform as the company accelerates innovation across conversational AI.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy specifically for the technical components of the platform, including Conductor, the Cresta CLI, APIs, and integrations
  • Build and communicate the technical buyer narrative targeting CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering roles, developers, and digital transformation leaders through primary research and competitive analysis
  • Equip sales and solutions teams to engage technical stakeholders across new and existing customers via training, battlecards, discovery frameworks, objection handling strategies, and product demonstrations
  • Execute end-to-end product launches for new AI Agent innovations, managing narrative development, asset creation, team enablement, performance tracking, and continuous refinement
  • Produce high-impact technical content in multiple formats including technical guides, blog articles, pitch decks, videos, benchmarks, and customer case studies that drive demand and accelerate deal progression
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to develop offerings, training programs, events, and community initiatives designed for technical audiences
  • Serve as a public-facing advocate through webinars, hackathons, and content initiatives that resonate with engineers and architects
  • Feed market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into product roadmap planning alongside Product and Engineering teams
  • Monitor competitive positioning closely, particularly against emerging AI agent-native competitors, and refine differentiation strategy accordingly

What you'll bring

  • At least five years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, with demonstrated success marketing to technical audiences including developers, engineers, and infrastructure teams
  • Strong technical foundation in AI agents, with comfort demonstrating features, addressing technical objections around topics like evaluation frameworks, context window management, and safety guardrails
  • Proven success owning positioning and messaging for platforms, APIs, or developer-focused products
  • Track record managing large-scale, cross-functional product launches from strategy through full execution and measurement
  • Exceptional communication abilities across multiple formats and audiences, capable of engaging both engineering teams and executive leadership
  • Strong research capabilities and analytical thinking with the judgment to synthesize customer and competitive information into clear strategic positions
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and calibrate effort appropriately across different initiatives
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and rapid change, with a preference for taking action over waiting for perfect clarity

Nice to have

  • Prior experience marketing AI, machine learning, large language models, or agent infrastructure
  • Background launching developer platforms, developer ecosystems, or technology partner programs
  • Knowledge of contact center, customer experience operations, or cloud contact center platforms
  • Hands-on experience building with agent frameworks or basic coding familiarity
  • Experience developing technical certification programs, academies, or educational curricula

What they offer

  • Base salary between $150,000 and $200,000, plus equity, with location-based adjustments reflecting market conditions and individual qualifications
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options for you and your family
  • Flexible paid time off and paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Retirement savings plan, remote work setup budget, monthly wellness stipend, and in-office meal or commuter benefits for onsite employees

Pay, location & hours

$150K–200K / year. Fully remote, open to applicants in New York, United, States, San Francisco, United States. Working hours: Americas overlap.
