Earn Product Operation Manager (Tradfi)

Binance operates the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange platform, serving over 300 million users across more than 100 countries. The company has built its reputation on security, transparency, and a comprehensive suite of digital asset products spanning trading, finance, education, institutional services, and Web3 capabilities. You'll join the Operations, Strategy & Project Management team to shape the future of Binance Earn, the platform's wealth management offering.

In this role, you'll identify and evaluate high-quality traditional finance and real-world asset opportunities for integration into Binance Earn. You'll research proven wealth management structures—MMFs, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products like PPNs and FCNs, and covered call strategies—then redesign them as crypto-native products. Working across Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams, you'll assess feasibility and operational readiness while translating complex financial mechanisms into scalable, user-focused concepts.

Your day-to-day work includes analyzing market trends and competitor offerings in traditional finance, crypto, and RWA spaces to spot new opportunities. You'll support full product lifecycles from launch through optimization and performance tracking, contributing design insights that balance innovation with compliance and risk management. Strong analytical thinking connects your financial product knowledge to real business impact and operational execution.

You bring 8+ years in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or wealth management roles. You have deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products, with a strong background in asset management, wealth management, brokerage, or banking. You're skilled at identifying powerful financial product mechanisms and translating them into practical, scalable solutions. Cross-functional collaboration comes naturally, and you're intellectually curious about crypto despite a traditional finance foundation.

Nice to have: Understanding of tokenization and how real-world assets work on-chain. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for investment products or RWAs. Familiarity with stablecoins and their role in on-chain finance. Hands-on experience exploring crypto products and ecosystems. Experience bridging traditional finance logic with crypto innovation.
