About the role
OpenFX is building infrastructure to enable seamless cross-border payments for institutions, removing friction from global money movement. The company has assembled a world-class team with backgrounds from leading financial services firms like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and crypto-native platforms, backed by top-tier venture investors including Accel and Lightspeed. OpenFX is scaling rapidly as it establishes the foundational systems for the next generation of institutional payment networks.
OpenFX operates in the high-growth fintech and Web3 sectors, where infrastructure companies are expanding fastest. With 45 percent year-over-year growth in blockchain job postings and accelerating demand for fintech talent, companies building payment systems face intense competition for experienced product builders. OpenFX is looking for someone to lead product hiring across multiple geographies as it scales its team.
We need a Senior Talent Partner and Advisor to own all hiring for the Product team across the United States, India, Europe and the Middle East. You will manage the complete lifecycle: gathering requirements from hiring managers, running outbound sourcing campaigns, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and closing senior hires. This role requires deep expertise in identifying product talent who has shipped payments, fintech or infrastructure products in regulated industries.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end hiring for all product roles including product managers, designers, product operations and analytics roles, across multiple geographies and time zones
- Lead outbound sourcing efforts targeting passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks, finding strong builders not actively job searching
- Work closely with product leadership to refine role requirements, evaluate candidate profiles and maintain high standards for senior positions
- Understand and navigate regional hiring differences including talent availability, compensation expectations, notice periods and visa or relocation needs
- Maintain structured communication with candidates and hold hiring managers accountable to interview schedules and feedback deadlines
- Keep Greenhouse updated with accurate pipeline data, candidate scorecards and stage information for reporting and forecasting
- Oversee agency relationships where applicable and monitor recruitment spend efficiency
- Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline status, conversion rates and time-to-hire metrics
What you'll bring
- 10 to 12 years in talent acquisition with at least 6 years recruiting product roles at high-growth or scaling companies
- Proven success closing senior and specialized product hires through direct outbound sourcing rather than relying on agencies
- Recruiting experience spanning the US and at least one additional region: India, UK, Europe or Middle East
- Ability to credibly assess product talent, including what strong product managers and designers look like in payments, fintech and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills with comfort engaging directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, payments or crypto
- Experience hiring product talent for B2B or infrastructure products in regulated industries
- Track record managing external recruiting agencies
- Previous work at Series A or B stage companies
What they offer
- Competitive salary and equity package
- Fast-moving fintech environment where your hiring decisions directly shape company direction
- In-office role based in Miami with expectation of regular office presence for collaboration and innovation
Pay, location & hours
Salary not listed. Based in Miami.
