IT Operations Specialist

CertiK is a leading Web3 security firm founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City. The Operations team is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join the New York office on a hybrid basis. You'll handle day-to-day IT support across the organization, keeping systems running smoothly and helping employees stay productive.

What you'll do

• Provide frontline IT support for employees on hardware, software, account access, and general technology issues

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including laptop setup, account provisioning, and equipment distribution

• Troubleshoot network, system, printer, conferencing, and office technology problems

• Work with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill IT requests and coordinate maintenance

• Maintain and track inventory of laptops, accessories, and office IT equipment

• Administer company tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and related platforms

• Document IT processes, setup procedures, and internal workflows for team reference

• Support operational needs across the office and cross-functional teams as they arise

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or office IT environments

• Working knowledge of computer systems, networking fundamentals, and common SaaS applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace

• Genuine interest in learning new systems and technologies

You should be located near our Midtown Manhattan office and comfortable working onsite as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting macOS environments

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, or mobile device management tools

• Background supporting office operations or employee lifecycle processes

• Interest in cybersecurity or blockchain technology
