Product Compliance Manager (Abu Dhabi based)

You'll join the Legal & Compliance team in Abu Dhabi to provide senior compliance leadership for ADGM Recognised Bodies and Binance's financial services operations in the UAE.

What you'll do

• Review and approve new products, features, and business initiatives to ensure they meet FSRA requirements and guidelines
• Serve as the primary compliance contact for product request submissions, regulatory inquiries, and FSRA approval matters
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and operational testing for new financial instruments, assets, products, or features
• Develop product compliance plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with business unit objectives
• Draft, update, and maintain internal compliance policies, frameworks, and monitoring controls
• Train and advise staff on product compliance plans and regulatory requirements
• Support internal compliance audit activities

What you'll bring

• At least 10 years of regulatory compliance experience in fintech, crypto, or traditional financial services
• Deep knowledge of FSRA rulebooks including GEN, COBS, and MIR standards
• Proven track record in product compliance regulatory engagement and responding to new product approval queries
• Strong ability to organize rulebook gap analyses and risk assessments for FSRA review and approval
• Skill in communicating compliance advice to internal stakeholders in practical, commercially minded ways
• Excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities
