Operation Assistant

CertiK is the leading blockchain security auditor, protecting over $557 billion in digital assets across the industry. The company has audited more than 4,900 enterprise clients including OKX, Tether, Ripple, and Pancakeswap, with backing from top-tier investors like Sequoia, Tiger Global, and Goldman Sachs. We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our New York office and keep our Midtown Manhattan headquarters running smoothly.

In this hybrid role based near Bryant Park, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You'll manage office supplies, coordinate logistics for company events from setup through wrap-up, and handle general administrative requests that keep teams moving. On the HR side, you'll assist with company events, manage swag and inventory, and liaise with vendors and service providers. You'll also coordinate with our IT team on tech logistics like device shipping, receiving, and tracking, plus provide basic help desk support.

What we're looking for

You're organized, proactive, and thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly in English, and Mandarin proficiency is a bonus. You're comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets. You have a hands-on, execution-driven mindset—you own tasks and get things done without needing constant direction. We're open to early-career candidates who demonstrate real ownership and a hunger to learn. You must be based in Midtown Manhattan and able to provide on-site support consistently. You'll need to be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship may be considered for strong performers.
