Clearing Specialist

The Operations, Strategy & Project Management team at Binance is hiring a Clearing Specialist to join remotely from Amman, Jordan. In this role, you'll investigate and resolve payment-related issues across the platform's diverse transaction flows.

Your day-to-day work will involve

• Investigating payment discrepancies and exceptions related to bank transfers, customer deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments
• Managing relationships and communication with payment providers and banking partners to resolve issues and gather information
• Conducting thorough analysis of transaction data to identify root causes and patterns
• Documenting findings and maintaining detailed records of payment investigations
• Responding to time-sensitive payment queries and escalations
• Working independently with minimal direct supervision

We're looking for someone with

• Two to four years of hands-on experience investigating payment issues in fintech, crypto, payment service providers, e-wallets, or banking operations
• Proven track record handling payment providers and banking partnerships
• Strong investigative skills with attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
• Clear communication abilities, particularly when explaining complex payment issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Comfort working solo as an individual contributor without constant oversight
• Flexibility to work rotating and night shifts as needed for global operations coverage

Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking environments is highly valued for this position.
