You'll join a 180-person remote team building the data infrastructure that powers analytics, experimentation and company-wide decision-making during a critical growth phase.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable data architecture to handle hundreds of terabytes with a 10x growth trajectory while preserving performance and system reliability

• Lead data quality initiatives organization-wide, establishing observability and monitoring systems that guarantee data accuracy, freshness and dependability

• Drive sophisticated data modeling efforts supporting rapid business expansion, with emphasis on scalability and query performance

• Build and scale A/B testing frameworks that enable evidence-based decision making across product, growth and engineering teams

• Work with Data Science, Product and Engineering stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust data solutions

• Mentor team members on data best practices and establish data-driven methodologies across the organization

What you'll bring

• Five or more years building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments, ideally within startups

• Deep proficiency with modern data stack tools, particularly Snowflake and dbt

• Expert-level SQL and Python capabilities

• Strong foundation in data modeling, schema design and large-scale data architecture

• Proven track record implementing data quality frameworks and observability solutions

• Demonstrated success building and scaling experimentation infrastructure

• Experience managing data systems through periods of explosive growth while maintaining quality standards

Nice to have

• Familiarity with our current tech stack including Rudderstack, Sigma Computing, Metaplane and Eppo

• Background in blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors

• Experience optimizing dashboard performance and query efficiency at scale

• Expertise implementing data cataloging and metadata management systems
