Senior Product Manager - Developer Platform

Alchemy is the leading Web3 infrastructure platform trusted by JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, and Nike to power billions in blockchain transactions and enable scalable decentralized applications. The company provides the foundational APIs and tools that developers rely on to build reliable, accessible experiences across multiple blockchains and layer-2 networks.

You'll join Alchemy's Product team as a Senior Product Manager focused on the Developer Platform, taking ownership of a 0→1 product surface from initial customer discovery through general availability and self-serve growth. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll define the opportunity (whether that's agentic payments, stablecoin infrastructure, data APIs, or emerging chain ecosystems), write product specifications, collaborate daily with design and engineering, conduct developer and CTO interviews, and own the metrics that demonstrate product-market fit and revenue impact.

Your core responsibilities will include running discovery and sales calls to validate demand, building the product you promised alongside your team, and shipping to production with real traction. You'll embed yourself in developer communities—monitoring support channels, GitHub discussions, and customer communication platforms—to ensure the product resonates without requiring a sales motion. You'll also establish quality standards for latency, reliability, and developer experience, maintaining those standards while shipping at speed. Throughout, you'll make decisions with incomplete information, document your reasoning, and adjust as evidence emerges.

You bring 5+ years in product management with substantial experience shipping developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products that engineers integrate into their workflows. You have a track record with product-led growth: building self-serve funnels, optimizing activation and conversion, structuring usage-based pricing, and demonstrating revenue impact. You've built or launched something meaningful—whether a startup, business line, or scrappy product initiative—and you operate with a founder's bias toward action and speed. You're technically literate: comfortable reading API specifications, writing curl requests, experimenting with AI coding tools, and maintaining credibility with senior engineers. You thrive in ambiguity, creating structure rather than waiting for it. Web3 and crypto familiarity is valuable; insatiable curiosity is essential.
