Staff Product Designer, Agentic CMS

In this Staff Product Designer role, you'll shape the Agentic CMS experience — a next-generation content layer that lets enterprise teams manage and distribute content across multiple sites, channels, and AI agents simultaneously. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Design and sits at the intersection of content strategy, system design, and AI-assisted workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design of the Agentic CMS experience, from discovery and strategy through prototyping, execution, and quality assurance across the full content lifecycle including authoring, governance, localization, and publishing.

• Design interfaces that serve both human marketing teams and AI agents, establishing appropriate controls, transparency, and trust signals for each audience while maintaining a coherent system.

• Build interconnected experiences where decisions ripple across multiple surfaces, making complex infrastructure feel intuitive so teams can move faster without sacrificing consistency.

• Partner upstream with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on content models, API design, and platform strategy before detailed design work begins.

• Demonstrate leadership through craft, process innovation, and thoughtful application of AI tools to accelerate work while maintaining quality standards across the organization.

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating work on ambiguous, complex problems, particularly in content systems, multi-user workflows, or agentic experiences.

• Systems-level thinking and the ability to navigate interconnected design surfaces where changes in one area affect others throughout the platform.

• Technical literacy sufficient to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure alignment between design and implementation.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills, combined with fluency in AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping in code, and comfort working where design and production increasingly overlap.

• Ability to communicate with precision to senior stakeholders, influence product strategy, and present complex tradeoffs clearly while holding long-horizon systems thinking alongside near-term shipping priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for both human users and programmatic consumption patterns.

• Background working in design systems or platforms serving other products.
