The Web3 team at Bitpanda is building the next generation of its crypto ecosystem, and this Senior Product Designer role sits at the center of that expansion. You will design the user experiences powering new financial products like asset-backed loans and tokenized structured products, transforming sophisticated, data-heavy workflows into interfaces customers actually want to use.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end experiences for trading, investment, and Web3 products across mobile and web platforms, handling both the breadth and depth of complex financial data
• Translate intricate financial instruments and derivatives into straightforward, low-friction user journeys that drive conversion and retention
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify friction points and optimize engagement metrics
• Build and maintain scalable design systems that keep interfaces consistent and performant as data complexity increases
• Use AI tools to move from concept to coded prototype in hours and validate ideas with real users within days, maintaining a design system ready for AI-powered engineering workflows

What you'll bring

• Deep, demonstrated expertise in product and UX design with mandatory strong experience in crypto, Web3, or complex fintech products
• Mastery of Figma and interaction design paired with an AI-native approach to your work—you already use AI tools to build prototypes and test rapidly
• Proven ability to break down complicated financial concepts into accessible, user-centered designs that don't sacrifice sophistication
• Experience delivering design at velocity within regulated environments without compromising quality or thoughtfulness
• A metrics-driven mindset grounded in user empathy, where you continuously optimize based on behavioral data and customer feedback

Nice to have

• Portfolio demonstrating Web3 or cryptocurrency product design work
• Experience designing for both retail and institutional audiences simultaneously
