Deployed Architect, Professional Services (APAC)

LangChain's Professional Services team works directly with large organizations to architect and operate sophisticated AI infrastructure. The Customer Engineering organization partners closely with enterprise clients from initial design through production optimization, shaping how next-generation agent technology performs in real-world business contexts.

You'll join the Professional Services team as a Deployed Architect serving the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you'll partner with enterprise customers to architect, deploy, and optimize production AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems that solve complex business problems. You'll combine software development expertise, infrastructure engineering knowledge, and customer-facing skills to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy highly-available, scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Kubernetes clusters, multi-region strategies, disaster recovery plans, and enterprise integration patterns using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm

• Architect multi-agent systems using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, implement agent logic, design evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts through A/B testing, and guide customers through deployment and operational best practices

• Lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers, understand their requirements and constraints, present architectural recommendations, and partner with internal Engagement Managers and engineering teams

• Design secure, observable infrastructure incorporating identity and access controls, secrets management, monitoring with tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Deployed Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer (backgrounds as founders are welcome if you have the right skillsets)

• Three or more years designing and operating production infrastructure on cloud platforms, with strong hands-on Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments

• One or more years building production AI and machine learning applications or agents, with proficiency in LLM frameworks and strong Python or TypeScript development skills

• Practical experience with database systems, state management patterns, vector stores, RAG implementations, evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and tool integration

• Enterprise customer experience with ability to conduct technical assessments and communicate complex infrastructure and AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Strong problem-solving approach with consultative skills to understand customer needs, balance competing technical priorities, and guide implementation decisions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with observability platforms and monitoring systems

• Experience with GitOps practices and modern DevOps tooling

What they offer

• Base salary from 185000 to 260000 USD plus equity

• Remote position based in Singapore with up to 25 percent travel
