The Enterprise Applications team at Coinbase manages the legal technology infrastructure that powers the organization's contract management, compliance, and legal workflows. This team operates a sophisticated technology stack that bridges specialized legal platforms with enterprise systems including Salesforce, Snowflake, and Slack.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate Ironclad contract lifecycle management workflows and architecture, including integrations with systems upstream and downstream in the legal process.
- Create and maintain integrations using Workato and REST APIs to automate intake, contract fulfillment, and other manual legal processes across the platform ecosystem.
- Support Legal Platforms including Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign by developing and improving workflows, integrations, and operational stability.
- Execute data migrations, bulk loads, reconciliations, and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and integrity across all legal systems.
- Manage access governance for legal technology, including service accounts, tokens, permissions, and lifecycle documentation.
- Work across Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver changes safely to production and achieve cross-functional goals.
What you'll bring
- Three to six or more years of hands-on experience administering and evolving Ironclad, DocuSign, or comparable contract lifecycle and eSignature platforms in production, including sophisticated template, workflow, and permissions work.
- Practical expertise building integrations with Workato or similar integration-as-a-platform tools, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and structured data formats, with the ability to troubleshoot failures and resolve data discrepancies.
- Track record performing data migrations, bulk data operations, and reconciliations while maintaining data integrity at scale.
- Ability to own a platform end-to-end, working independently with ambiguous requirements and translating technical details into actionable guidance for legal and business teams.
- Responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean, with human-in-the-loop practices that ensure business-ready outputs and measurable gains in efficiency, cost, and quality.
