The company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Corporate team in Hong Kong or Singapore and support their rapid growth through recruitment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own significant pieces of the hiring pipeline. You'll source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and direct networking. You'll screen applications and resumes to surface the strongest fits for open positions. You'll coordinate interviews—scheduling phone screens, video calls, and in-person meetings while keeping calendars organized for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll manage candidate records in the company's ATS, keeping everything current and accessible. Throughout the process, you'll be the main contact point for applicants, delivering timely feedback and creating a positive experience that reflects well on the company.

You bring 3 to 5 years working in recruitment, HR support, customer service, or related administrative roles. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a comparable field is essential. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You're organized, handle multiple scheduling requests without dropping the ball, and work efficiently with Google Workspace or MS Office tools. HR or recruiting internship experience is a strong bonus.

Nice to have

• Background using ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Knowledge of boolean search syntax for sourcing candidates.
