Creative Lead

Token2049 is a leading Web3 conference and community platform based across Hong Kong and Singapore. The company hosts major industry events that bring together founders, investors, and innovators shaping the future of blockchain and decentralized technology. This Creative Lead role sits within the Product team and focuses on building the visual and narrative foundation that defines Token2049's brand presence.

In this position, you'll own the creative direction across all of Token2049's channels—from digital experiences to video, print, and in-person activations. You'll shape how the brand looks, sounds, and feels to its audience of Web3 professionals and enthusiasts. This means setting the visual identity standards, developing campaign concepts from initial brief through completion, and ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint.

Your day-to-day includes

• Defining and evolving the brand's visual and thematic direction, protecting its integrity as it scales across new mediums and markets

• Conceptualizing and overseeing campaigns from pitch to launch, working with ambitious scopes and tight timelines

• Leading a team of designers, writers, and content creators with clear creative direction and mentorship

• Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Strategy to align creative work with business goals and measurable outcomes

• Rolling up your sleeves on execution—designing key assets, directing video production, or refining copy when the work demands it

• Staying ahead of design trends, cultural moments, and emerging technologies that could strengthen Token2049's creative approach

You bring at least 5 years working in creative roles, with 2+ years managing teams or leading complex, multi-channel campaigns. Your portfolio demonstrates strong design fundamentals, narrative thinking, and work across different mediums. You're proficient in Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and collaborative platforms like Figma.

Beyond technical skills, you're a strategic storyteller who translates business objectives and audience insights into concepts that feel genuine and compelling. You pitch ideas with confidence to senior stakeholders and communicate vision clearly across disciplines.
