This Lead, Strategy & Corporate Development role sits at the center of MoonPay's highest-priority work. You'll partner directly with the SVP of Strategy and Investments to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, drive complex cross-functional initiatives, and keep the organization aligned and moving forward. The company operates at high velocity and high accountability—this role requires someone who can shift seamlessly from shaping ambiguous problems into clear strategies to rolling up sleeves and executing the details that matter.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the SVP to break down strategic priorities into defined workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, bringing structure to complex or undefined problems
• Support corporate development work including strategic transactions, partnerships, and investments that fuel growth
• Drive alignment across senior leadership and teams, surfacing dependencies, removing blockers, and pushing critical decisions forward
• Build and refine operating rhythms around prioritization, planning, decision-making, and tracking progress on key objectives
• Create strategic analysis and presentations that synthesize complex information and help leadership make informed choices

What you'll bring

• Four to five-plus years in investment banking, preferably in TMT or Financial Institutions, with direct experience executing at least one IPO you can speak to specifically
• Exceptional operational skill: you turn messy, ambiguous problems into structured plans with clear priorities and drive them to completion
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment, able to evaluate opportunities, weigh trade-offs, and connect individual projects to company strategy
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate work across multiple teams without formal authority
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments where you move between strategy, detailed execution, and ensuring delivery happens
• Prior fintech or crypto exposure is valuable but secondary to strong banking and transaction experience
