The People team is seeking a Technical Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data, and Security. Technical hiring here moves fast and competitive—you'll manage searches end-to-end, working directly with hiring managers to understand their real needs, source strong candidates, and move offers to close. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You'll source, advise, troubleshoot and close while continuously improving how MoonPay recruits.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Data and Security roles, from defining the search strategy through market mapping, assessment, offers and closures
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, establish success criteria and build tailored hiring strategies
• Proactively source talent in competitive markets using talent mapping, creative search strategies and direct outreach
• Bring data and market insights into your hiring decisions, shifting approach when searches stall
• Integrate AI throughout sourcing, screening, research and reporting to boost quality and speed
• Drive improvements to recruiting processes, tooling and practices across the organization

You'll bring significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech and product organizations, with a proven record of winning in competitive markets. You have deep expertise sourcing across Software Engineering, Data, AI and Security roles. Your sourcing and talent-mapping skills extend beyond obvious candidate pools to find overlooked talent. You're comfortable in ambiguous, high-ownership environments where you operate with data, curiosity and continuous improvement in mind. You already use AI meaningfully in recruiting work and can speak credibly about cryptocurrency and fintech. A strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and its trajectory is essential.
