About the role
Anchorage Digital is building an institutional-grade platform for digital assets, serving crypto participation through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and security. Founded in 2017, the company operates as Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, and maintains offices in New York, Porto, Singapore, and Sioux Falls. Backed by major investors including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa at a Series D valuation exceeding three billion dollars, Anchorage is actively expanding its tokenization capabilities.
Anchorage Digital is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of its real-world asset tokenization hub. You will report to the Head of Tokenization and operate at the intersection of regulated capital markets and blockchain infrastructure, shaping how institutions issue, manage, and invest in tokenized assets across multiple classes.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Head of Tokenization to own product strategy, design, and the full technical roadmap for the RWA tokenization platform, translating business strategy and market demand into prioritized product initiatives.
- Design both issuer and investor experiences across money market funds, tokenized MMFs, broker-dealer activity, transfer agency, fixed income, and equities, focusing on reusable foundations rather than asset-class-specific solutions.
- Translate regulatory requirements, capital markets constraints, and blockchain mechanics into clear product specifications and requirements.
- Work directly with engineering teams to scope problems, build solutions collaboratively, and maintain delivery velocity across multiple dependencies in a heavily regulated environment.
- Engage directly with institutional issuers and investors to validate product direction, understand operational needs, and represent the product on live deal implementations.
What you'll bring
- A demonstrated track record owning full-cycle technical product roadmaps in regulated financial services such as capital markets, payments, asset management, or banking.
- Deep working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and how institutional digital asset products function in practice.
- Ability to translate fluidly between technical and business stakeholders, sharpening both sides rather than simply passing off requirements.
- Experience shipping platform products with substantial partner dependencies, regulatory requirements, and engineering complexity.
- Comfort with client-facing work, including discovery conversations with institutional prospects and the ability to influence commercial outcomes through product expertise.
- Ownership mindset and execution focus in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OCC and banking-grade governance, controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience building operating rhythms across legal, compliance, and client teams while maintaining control standards.
What they offer
- Full-time remote position for candidates based in the United States.
- In-person onboarding required in one of Anchorage's office locations to complete security verification and IT setup, reflecting the company's commitment to infrastructure protection and organizational culture.
Pay, location & hours
Salary not listed. Fully remote, open to applicants in United States. Working hours: Americas overlap.
