About the role
Anchorage Digital is the institutional platform for digital assets, providing custody, staking, trading, governance, and settlement services alongside the industry's leading security infrastructure. The company operates Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., and serves institutions globally through offices in San Francisco, New York, Porto, and Singapore. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, Anchorage Digital has a Series D valuation exceeding 3 billion dollars.
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Stablecoins Infrastructure, you will shape how Anchorage Digital positions and launches its stablecoin platform to market. This infrastructure lets institutions mint, redeem, bridge, and manage USD stablecoins through a federally chartered bank, complete with the API, developer surface, and payments service that enable banks to move dollars onchain without correspondent banking relationships. Your buyers include treasury and payments leaders at banks and fintechs, trading desks and exchanges that settle in stablecoins, and the engineers and product managers integrating against the API. They prioritize speed, cost, counterparty risk, and regulatory standing when evaluating your solution against crypto-native providers, bank consortia, and internal alternatives.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging, and ideal customer profile definition for stablecoin infrastructure across minting, redemption, settlement, treasury, bank payments, and the API as products and markets evolve.
- Build and sustain sales resources including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution pages, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and client case studies; train the Sales team on deployment and effectiveness.
- Own product launches end to end from announcement through day-one enablement, covering new chains and stablecoins, API capabilities, pricing updates, and bank services across web, in-app, developer content, and sales materials.
- Create institutional and technical content spanning web copy, blog posts, developer guides, white papers, webinars, and conference presentations in Anchorage Digital's voice.
- Translate infrastructure concepts like settlement finality, reserve handling, and bridging into clear business cases tailored to treasurers, payments leads, and engineers.
- Oversee the brand, events, and communications calendar for your product lines, including conference presence, speaking submissions, and executive preparation.
What you'll bring
- Five or more years in B2B product marketing, including experience marketing an API, platform, or infrastructure product in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets.
- Proven track record owning positioning and go-to-market strategy for technical products end to end, from ICP and messaging through launch and sales enablement.
- Fluency in how APIs, platforms, and financial infrastructure work; ability to partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities using client research, win-loss analysis, and market feedback.
- Comfort working across regulated environments; ability to collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all external claims pass review before launch.
- Skill gathering and synthesizing insights from clients, prospects, developers, and competitors, then sharing findings across Marketing, Product, Sales, and technical teams.
What they offer
- Full-time remote role based in the United States.
- In-person onboarding required in one of Anchorage Digital's offices to complete security protocols and integrate into company culture.
