You'll join their team to contribute directly to projects in customer relationship management, data handling, and artificial intelligence applications.

This is a part-time student position where you'll work on meaningful projects that blend technical depth with practical problem-solving. You'll have genuine responsibility from day one, working alongside developers and business teams in a collaborative environment.

Your work will span several areas. You'll help maintain and improve the company's internal CRM system, keeping their digital course offerings current and well-organized. Data preparation and analysis form a significant part of the role—you'll process information, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders. You'll also build and test AI applications and AI agents, experimenting with them in real workflows. Beyond execution, you'll spot opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements. Close collaboration with other developers and departments means clear communication and thorough documentation of decisions and outcomes. Throughout, you own your tasks and push projects forward independently.

You're currently studying Business IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. You have solid technical foundations and enjoy learning new systems and tools quickly. Your work style is methodical, reliable, and respectful of confidential information. You've already used ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or comparable AI tools and genuinely care about AI's potential. Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, or reporting is expected—ideally you've already built or deployed AI agents. You're drawn to process improvement and practical automation. You communicate clearly in German, both spoken and written, and follow through on commitments.
