Binance Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer (KYB)

Binance operates the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume and serves over 320 million users across more than 100 countries. The Engineering team is recruiting for the Binance Accelerator Program, a structured 3-6 month internship designed to give early-career developers real exposure to the blockchain and digital assets industry. You'll work on meaningful projects while building professional connections and developing skills that matter in Web3.

This internship focuses on the Know Your Business (KYB) backend system. You'll participate in developing and maintaining this core platform, write and implement interface documentation for the KYB business module, and collaborate with the QA team on testing and regression work for releases—including functional testing, bug tracking, and verification. You'll troubleshoot issues flagged by QA and partner with Customer Support to resolve problems and identify opportunities for system improvements.

To be considered, you need a bachelor's degree in a computer science field or related discipline. You should have solid Java skills and understand foundational concepts like multithreading and networking. Hands-on experience with Spring microservices framework is required, along with familiarity in MySQL and at least one NoSQL database. You'll also need to know common middleware tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka. Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning agility matter here. English fluency is essential since you'll coordinate with international teams; other languages are a bonus. Prior Web3 project experience is preferred but not required.
