Frontend Software Engineer (100% Remote)

As a Frontend Engineer on the Engineering team, you'll design and ship user-facing features that translate complex technology into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. You'll work fully remote alongside talented engineers worldwide, collaborating on production-scale applications that millions rely on.

What you'll do

• Build and deliver new features and bug fixes with emphasis on performance, reliability, and user satisfaction
• Maintain high code quality through consistent standards, peer reviews, and automated testing practices
• Design responsive, high-performance UI components and manage application state to create seamless cross-platform experiences
• Optimize frontend performance: rendering speed, memory usage, and overall responsiveness
• Write modular, maintainable code that scales in production environments

What you'll bring

• Proven production experience with React or Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in large-scale applications
• Strong expertise in state management solutions such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand
• Solid foundation in testing, debugging, and profiling complex frontend systems
• Genuine interest in P2P technologies, distributed systems, or decentralized applications
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously in a globally distributed team

Nice to have

• Experience building desktop applications with Electron, Tauri, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with WebRTC, media streams, or real-time communication APIs
• Cross-platform development across macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Open source contributions, particularly in P2P or decentralized technology spaces
