Associate, Finance Administration

Crypto.com is a global cryptocurrency platform founded in 2016 that now serves over 150 million users worldwide. The company is building infrastructure to bring digital assets into everyday use, with a focus on security, compliance, and user empowerment. You'll join the Finance and Administration team in Hong Kong on a hybrid basis, supporting the Treasury function across banking operations, liquidity management, and digital asset processes.

The Finance and Administration team spans multiple functions including financial controls, business performance management, procurement, tax, treasury, and operations. The group tackles complex global finance initiatives while maintaining attention to detail across diverse project areas.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team
• Coordinating implementation of new bank structures, services and control processes
• Assisting senior management with capital structure analysis and financial simulations
• Managing bank accounts, handling bank relationship management and negotiating bank facility terms
• Supporting cash forecasting and global cash management initiatives, including short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
• Designing and implementing automated systems to support fiat and digital asset processes
• Monitoring liquidity forecasts and ongoing liquidity positions
• Collaborating with product and finance teams to optimize funding, FX and digital asset positions
• Embedding risk and control processes into daily work to identify, monitor and mitigate risks

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. You should have strong Excel capabilities and hands-on experience with V-Lookup, Tableau and SQL or equivalent tools. You'll be analytical and detail-oriented, able to identify issues and propose solutions for complex situations. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, and you must be self-motivated with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• 1 to 2 years of prior treasury experience
