Finance Manager

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Singapore. You'll report to the APAC Controller and serve as a key financial partner for the Asia-Pacific region, managing controllership functions that ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple local entities.

What you'll do

• Oversee month-end close processes for APAC entities under IFRS and local GAAP standards, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and variance review

• Lead statutory audit coordination with external auditors, build local ledgers, and maintain workflows that meet regulatory and compliance requirements across the APAC region

• Prepare and submit financial regulatory filings, ensuring data completeness and proper structuring to support repeatable reporting processes

• Manage relationships with outsourced finance partners to deliver timely financial information and meet all project deadlines

• Collaborate with the APAC Controller and international finance teams to streamline financial workflows, including reporting, intercompany transactions, and expense processing

• Partner across Global Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to maintain financial data governance and audit-ready records

• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve financial processes and contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent international certification

• Six or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably combining Big 4 public accounting with corporate roles at growth-stage companies

• Hands-on experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or the Digital Asset and crypto space

• Expert-level knowledge of IFRS with strong operational understanding of US GAAP

• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with enterprise ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, plus experience with finance automation tools

• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment

• Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities across written and verbal formats
