About Nebius

Nebius is a Nasdaq-listed cloud infrastructure company headquartered in Amsterdam that powers the global AI economy. The company develops a comprehensive AI cloud platform designed to streamline how developers and enterprises manage data preparation, model training, and production deployment—eliminating the need for expensive, complex in-house AI and ML infrastructure. With over 1,500 employees across R&D centers in Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel, Nebius tackles demanding challenges in compute orchestration, storage systems, networking, and applied AI research. The organization was founded by engineers focused on solving hard infrastructure problems at scale.

Nebius is actively expanding its data center footprint across Europe and internationally to support growing demand for AI computing capacity. As part of this infrastructure growth, the company manages significant volumes of server hardware, rack systems, and specialized equipment flowing through multiple logistics channels—from suppliers in Taiwan to warehouses and deployment sites across Europe, and to operations in Israel.

What you'll do

  • Oversee end-to-end transportation of IT hardware including rack systems, servers, and data center equipment across domestic European routes, international inbound shipments (primarily from Taiwan-based suppliers), outbound European shipments, and Israel logistics corridors.
  • Coordinate inbound freight scheduling for both domestic and international shipments, including air freight from Taiwan, managing carrier and freight forwarder selection and execution to guarantee on-time, damage-free delivery to European facilities.
  • Process all RMA and RMS shipments through coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely handling.
  • Manage equipment transfers between company warehouses and data center facilities across Europe while optimizing routes and minimizing handling risk.
  • Maintain complete visibility of active shipments across all lanes, proactively identify and resolve transit delays, exceptions, and delivery issues.
  • Develop contingency plans and alternative routing strategies to support business continuity and manage time-critical air freight shipments including carrier selection and tracking.
  • Coordinate with data center operations teams on staging, buffering, and just-in-time hardware deployment while maintaining accurate in-transit inventory records and chain-of-custody documentation.

What you'll bring

  • Five or more years of professional experience in transportation, freight management, or logistics operations.
  • Expertise managing international freight, customs documentation, and cross-border compliance requirements for EU regulations, import/export processes, and shipments involving multiple countries.
  • Strong vendor management capabilities and ability to establish SLAs and KPIs with freight carriers, forwarders, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Proficiency with logistics management systems, transportation management platforms, Jira, and invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast transportation demand, identify cost optimization opportunities, and track logistics expenses across multiple shipping lanes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to manage compliance documentation for SOX requirements and other internal and external audit standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Taiwan-based supplier coordination and OEM logistics.
  • Knowledge of Israeli import/export requirements and cross-border trade compliance.
  • Background in data center or AI infrastructure logistics.

What they offer

  • Full-time remote position based in Europe.
  • Opportunity to join a Nasdaq-listed company building critical infrastructure for the global AI economy.
