Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)

About the role

Tether is a global fintech leader known for USDT, the world's most widely used stablecoin, trusted by hundreds of millions of users across exchanges, wallets, and payment systems. Beyond stablecoins, Tether operates across energy solutions for Bitcoin mining, data infrastructure including the KEET privacy app, and educational programs aimed at democratizing access to digital skills. The company is built on transparency and operates as a distributed, remote-first team across multiple continents.

We're looking for an Event Design Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a full-time, remote basis (Europe timezone preferred). You'll be the central hub for all event-related creative requests flowing through Tether—managing intake, production oversight, and quality assurance from initial brief through final delivery. This is not a ticket-routing role. You'll partner closely with designers, anticipate problems before they happen, and ensure every booth graphic, signage piece, deck, digital asset, and printed collateral meets brand standards, spec requirements, and hard deadlines.

What you'll do

  • Receive event-related creative requests from across the business, scope each one completely (deliverable type, format, dimensions, venue constraints, brand rules, deadline), and flag timeline conflicts or missing information upfront with realistic solutions.
  • Brief designers with full, unambiguous specifications to minimize revisions and ensure work lands right the first time.
  • Manage multiple concurrent event projects, track status in real time, and surface bottlenecks before they impact the event date.
  • Review all designer deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed and trim zones, file formats, and platform-specific specs (booth dimensions, social ratios, slide aspect ratios). Catch costly mistakes like typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, or outdated logos before they reach vendors or go live.
  • Document all assets, briefs, and final files in a shared drive using a clear, scalable structure so the team can easily reference past work and reuse specs and creative direction.
  • Anticipate risks: vendor lead times, print production windows, scope creep, shipping delays. Build contingency into every timeline and coordinate with production partners to confirm specs and delivery windows.
  • Act as liaison between business teams and designers, keeping both sides aligned with proactive status updates and protecting each side's time and interests.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with significant events responsibility.
  • Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort with creative workflows, print production specs, and digital asset formats.
  • Eye for detail—you catch what others miss and know when a bleed line or file format will cause a real problem.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and teams without losing track or dropping details.
  • Proactive mindset. You solve problems before being asked and continuously improve the intake and QA process based on what you learn from each event.
