Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)

Operating since 2017 from New York City, the company delivers smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance solutions to major players across the digital asset space.

You'll join CertiK's Operations finance team as an Entry-Level Financial Analyst, a foundational role perfect for recent graduates wanting to build core skills in corporate finance and accounting. This is hands-on work: you'll own critical financial records, manage large datasets, and support the team through month-end closes and strategic analysis.

Your day-to-day will look like this

• Maintain, clean, and organize financial records across ledgers and reporting systems, ensuring data stays accurate and trustworthy.

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations—bank, revenue, COGS—and dig into variances to find and fix discrepancies.

• Prepare journal entries, organize close documentation, and handle general accounting support across the team.

• Build financial models, run statistical analysis, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting work.

• Present data-driven findings to the finance team based on variance investigations and special projects.

• Help senior analysts improve workflows. Bonus if you know Python or Google Apps Script to automate routine reconciliation tasks.

You should be a recent graduate or finishing a bachelor's or master's in finance or a related field, with a GPA of at least 3.6 and completed mid-level coursework in finance and accounting. You're proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—especially skilled at data manipulation and analysis. Your detail orientation is sharp; you hunt down discrepancies and solve problems methodically. You manage your time well, meet reporting deadlines without stress, and communicate clearly in writing and conversation. You're self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn on the job.
